Flat-out? Yards IPA, great stuff. I'm a Hophead and this is my personal favorite fix.
Highly recommended: Yards does a series called "Beers of the revolution" or some such, but sadly, the best of the has gotten really hard to find around here--the Thomas Jefferson Tavern Ale.

I scored a 6-pack of Fordham Tavern Ale, from Annapolis, MD, and found it highly palatable for a mildly hopped brew.

http://intercoursebrewingco.wordpress.com/ That logo rocks!!! "New Brewery" out of Lancaster county, though label says brewed in Wilkes-Barre. I've tried the Pale and the Pils, both quite palatable.
Boy, this list could go on and on, but if I could only have one beer for the rest of my ride, it'd be that Yards IPA.
