Gibsons aren't made like Fenders - the neck isn't replaceable by most users. Replacing the neck involves heating the glue that holds the neck joint together, prying apart the pieces, and many other steps. A skilled repairperson can do this; maybe you should look up a Gibson factory-authorized repair facility in your region and get it to them.
How did you pack the guitar when you shipped it?
