Thanks, everyone, for the input!
Based on the responses, I've decided to try the Danelectro TOD, for 2 reasons: At the price it sells for I can give it away if I don't like it, and I really use the few pedals I have mainly for effects. (I don't leave them on, and normally just prefer the sound of my guitar into my amp; so I've been on the fence about purchasing an OD pedal at all) I'll post another response when it arrives and I can hear what it does. Again, thanks for your suggestions!
