How to stop unintentional pull-off?

When I play this string:

|--5--0-----0--2--0-----0--5--0-----0--2--0-----0--
|--------2-----------2------------2------------2----
|----------------------------------------------------
|----------------------------------------------------
|----------------------------------------------------
|----------------------------------------------------

The open B sounds when I lift my index finger (i) from the C# to go to the F#. This is a pull-off but unintentional as I don't want the B to sound.

So the question is how to prevent this?

These are 16th notes at 120 bpm (8 nps).

Thanks,

Hugh
