I play a Telecaster and use a Shubb capo (http://www.shubb.com/deluxe/index.html) on several songs. Just to be sure to be in tune, after putting on or removing the capo, I check my tuning. I almost always need to adjust the tuning.

Any suggestions on how to keep the guitar in better tune when playing with a capo? Do you guys tune with a capo in place?
