I'd have to have a CIJ in my hand to be certain. I don't know what the thread size is on those.
If you have access to a MIM WRHB and you can pull one of their steel screws out and try threading into your pickup, there's a good chance we can do it.
There is always the possibility of making the parts to order but it would be really expensive.
