Martin OMCX1KE Cutaway Acoustic-Electric or similar model. Solid spruce top and koa back and sides.

Martin 000CXE Black Acoustic Electric Guitar - This is the black HPL model. A nice axe but the real wood sounds better as an acoustic guitar.
