I cant speak on behalf of the stealth pedal.. However I own Amplitube (2, Fender, Hendrix, Ampeg) and can honestly say that the quality of the software is mind blowing. You can get a free 10 day trial (full functionailty) from the IK multimedia website and unlock at any time.. I would pair this with VST compatible recording software such as Mixcraft 4 (my own personal preference).
