You are using the wrong code for the image.

The code you are using is for the PAGE containing the image. Not the code for the image itself.

This is what you put in the post:
[IMG]http://s562.photobucket.com/albums/ss69/bmawebb/Guitars/?action=view&current=PIC00276.jpg[/IMG]

See all that ?action=view&current=PIC00276.jpg stuff? The URL you used brings up the page and then the ?action tells the page to display the photo. But you can't insert a page into your post... only the image on the page.

Here's what your code should look like:
[IMG]http://i562.photobucket.com/albums/ss69/bmawebb/Guitars/PIC00276.jpg[/IMG]

Everything is the same except it doesn't have the ?action= stuff.

You can get this two ways.

One, you can go to the page in Photobucket and right click on the image you want to use. Sellect "Properties" from the menu that appears and highlight and copy the URL shown for Location:. Then you would use that "mountain icon" to paste the URL into your thread. Or you can simply type [img] at the beginning of the URL and then [/img] at the end of the URL.

The other way is to click on "Share This Image" at Photobucket and then click on MORE and a window will open with a bunch of logos. Ignore those and click on the Get Link Code tab. Copy the code for IMG for bulletin boards & forums. Then just paste that into your thread exactly as you copy it... in other words don't add IMG tags or click on the Mountain Icon because the IMG code tags are already there.
