no great ( or new ) answers here, just wanted to let you know i've been dealing with the same issues with my new cv since i got it back in feb. i did take it to a local tech,
85 bucks and his "set-up" was worse then mine. ( i think he was pissed i had'nt bought a guitar from him ) i started looking on the web for techs in my area, i may have found one but i'm a tad gun-shy about dumping more bread for poor work. anyway wanted to wish you luck. please post the solution if you find it .....
