Appartently lots of Nashville session guys followed Brent's lead. A former luthier friend of mine told me that back in those days he butchered tons of classic Telecasters to do the 'Brent Mason' mod.

Shame that Fender couldn't work something out with Brent and it would have been a 'Brent Mason' model.

I'm sure that Blue Water Girl could fill in lots of details.
I'm glad they made it in Ensenada & called it the Nashville. Cause if they called it a Brent Mason, I would have payed a LOT more then the $500 I paid a couple of years ago...no?
