Dimarzio Area T. All the Tele neck sweetness and none of the hum. I originally bought a Tele because I love the woody neck pup tone for blues. The Area T gives me all of that and then some, plus it's whisper quiet under high gain situations. And yes, it growls when you step on it.
I've been very happy with the combination.
