Basically you just proved it. but look closer at my last paragraph. that being said if a 100-watt amp is only 3db louder than a 50-watter ..my Blackheart Little Giant 5 head is only a few db quieter then a Hotrod Deluxe.
now we could go on about Class-A Vs. Class-AB1 and its differences to how it reacts to the speaker..and yes a more sensitive speaker works wonders with low wattage amps. there are so many variable to talk about.
