Funny you should mention drug store -- my friend, who is becoming an audiophile, complete with LP records and tube amplifiers, found a source for these tubes online. In the process, he got all nostalgic about the Rexall drug store we rode our bikes to, as kids. He remembers them having a tube tester on the front counter. Now me, I don't remember that... P.S. Online, these little mic tubes go for about $4. Not bad!
