BTW, Your comment about the bass motion was helpful too. Since you mentioned it, I'm pretty sure the 1st F#7 is in 2nd inversion, i.e., F#7/C#.

Larry's comments in the oddball chord thread makes me wonder about that Gm6/Bb. It could also be called Em7b5/Bb. Since Gm6 is a lil' shorter in terms of space, I'm going to stick with that... For now!
