I have been on the Atkins diet since late January, and my weight has dropped from 168 to 146 pounds, which is probably not too bad for a guy who is 5'8" tall. I might keep on going until I get down to 140 pounds. I need to get started on an exercise program with a personal trainer to firm up my gut.
My waist is now 30 inches. If I lose any more weight, I'm going to have a hard time finding pants that are small enough.
