ya know the hard workin guy i am, I was drinking a 2 liter bottle of coke a day for many years, until last december when I started going blind, went to the doctor and was told i had blood suger of 405 and he told me he didnt know why i didnt die, said i could have dropped dead at any moment, so anyway had to quit sugar, not hard to do sense I was so sick, dropped 30 lbs this year so far, 240lbs to 210, and my blood sugar is hanging at 95, so my advise is to quit the sugar, really
