This is my live set up:

Tele -> Boss SD-1 -> Tech 21 Liverpool -> Ernie Ball VP Jr. -> Line 6 Echo Park -> Digitech Digiverb -> Direct Box -> Board

I use the Liverpool as an "amp." I leave it on all the time. I set it up with a clean sound, although I make sure it isn't completely clean. Just sounds better that way. I also use it to boost my low output guitar and I use the three band EQ quite a bit as well. I really like this pedal.

I also have a Korg tuner/metronome on there plugged into the tuner out on the volume pedal. I like having a metronome on the board. Since my delay doesn't have presets, if I need two different tempos (particularly if I open a song and don't have the benefit of a drummer setting the tempo for me) I can look down during a break and set the delay to the lights on the metronome.

I power the whole board with a visual sound 1-spot.

I made the board myself from around $30 in materials from Home Depot and Jo-ann Fabrics. Super easy and pretty fun too.
