It happens to AOL users, and people at work behind firewalls, and people that install programs to protect them or at least that's what the programs they install tells them will happen. IN all the above cases it is something you are creating that blocks your browser's cookie exchange with the TDPRI server. It will not get better until you remove whatever it is blocking your browser.

Just in case it's corrupted cookies, you should delete all your browser cookies as a first step.
there've been no software/security changes on my 'puter in the past 60 days or so....
i regularly delete all cookies after each 'net session
