I started Jan 12 09 at 246. As of this morning, I'm at 207.4 lbs. I'm doing my own menu of lower carb and lower fat foods, an hour of exercise per day (cross-country running for about a half hour and a half hour of Wii Fit Yoga) plus an ab routine every other day to try to keep up with stretch marks. Also, I've been using Alli which I think has been a big plus. My original goal was 199. When I reach it, I'm going to reset and come up with another lower goal of 179.
