It was a sequence from the Buck Owens TV show. First they play Chaparral, then there's an odd sequence where Buck and his "chief wrangler" do a little pitch for a Buck Owens & Buckaroos booklet. Anybody seen that? Help!

They got the year wrong in the title, it's 1968. Jerry Wiggins is now and drums, but Tom Brumley is still playing steel. You can also see that Doyle Holly returned to his normal spot on the bass.
