Thanks I'll do some playing with that soon! For kicks, I measured a few other dual humbucker 25.5" scale guitars lying around and an Ibanez Talman, Warmoth LP, and a Warmoth Soloist and all three measured 6.25" from the 12th fret to the front edge of the neck pickup & 10.25" from the 12th fret to the front edge of the bridge pickup. I also measured a 24 fret Jackson & it was 7" from the 12th fret to the front edge of the neck pickup & the bridge was the same as the other three.
I was expecting greater variation, especially with different manufacturers & such varied body styles.
