Update on the weight plan. Annual physical was earlier this month. I weighed at 215.

So I have done some reading and web searching. I found a very easy to use way to count calories (intake) and exercise (output) called "My Plate". It is on the Livestrong websight.
I am now eating 1500 kcals a day which will feed my basic metabolism. Any activity above the 1500 kcals will take it's energy from fat stores, as long as the activity is aerobic. I am xc skiing, running daily. Will add in cycling as soon as the snow and ice clears. I should be a solid 165 this summer.
I was 208 this morning.
