No pics as of yet... I weighed myself a few days ago and had reached 173. For some that is a goal, but it's about 10-12 pounds more that I'd care for. In 2002 I had hit 204, and after doing MediFast, got down to 161. I'm a runner/triathlete, and kept within 2 pounds of this through early last year. Then travel got too much, and I started gaining a bit.
This year I'm starting CrossFit, which is a high-intensity workout favored by elite military and law enforcement/first responders. I've only been at it a couple of weeks and haven't checked my weight, but I can FEEL the difference already. If you are looking for a high intensity strength and endurance workout, check this out!
