Well I had done real good, but I got on a heavy weight lifting binge & started drinking protein shakes... I WANTED to build lean muscle...well I had gone through that mess in my early thirties, you'd think I'd have learned my lesson... ANYWAY... I ended up putting on quite a bit of muscle, BUT added fat in the process... my weight slowly crept back up... as of last week I was at 223 lbs... NOT where I was wanting to be AT ALL! ...
SO I have gone back on the Nutrisystem Diet & cut out the weights for now... I'm doing 45 mins on the ellipticle & 15 mins of ab work & 30 mins yoga every morning before work...I will probably start doing a little weight workout in the evenings later just so I don't loose too much muscle... but I am never gonna go "weight crazy" again...
Hopefully in a few months I can get back down to 190 lbs , I feel really good at that weight ;^)
