We find all of ours at Goodwill/Salvation Army. Boots too. You have to go ALL THE TIME or you will never find anything, you almost have to be standing there when they put the stuff out, but it's worth it. I generally pay $1-$3 for shirts, and $8-$10 for a decent pair of boots. I recently found a really nice pair of Justins for my wife, still had the price tags on them. $2.
