3/16 or 1/4
Some silly investigating.
The strat neck drawing calls up a .203 hole through.
3/16 is 0.1875
1/4 is 0.25
13/64 is 0.203125

Don't know of a long drill bit with this dia. so it will need to be a 1/4 for ease of installation.
