No, it looks Fender to me. It was just reshaped for better access to the upper frets. The reshaping probably made it impossible to use a neck plate so it was drilled for individual ferrules for each neck screw. You can get 'em at WD or maybe Stewmac. Shouldn't be a tough fix.
