Start praying right now that you do not get that job. Seriously. Worst employee morale of any company that I've ever worked for. The work is cool... the management is not. And it's not something that I'd ever wish upon my worst enemy.
How a few of those guys have been able to stick with Gibson since
Henry & Co. took over in the mid-80s... I'll never know.
