I'd be willing to bet money that's a homebrew, maybe with a Fender neck on it. I know that in 30+ years off obsessing on this stuff, I've never seen or heard of a stock Fender thinline bass. Looks like a 70s Tele Bass pickup (along with a Jazz pickup)...
