HBE Medicine Bawl wah sounded good, as did Budda Bud Wah (as mentioned above).
I found the best sounding wahs to be ones with user-tweakable internal pots to adjust sweep and gain. A lot of stock wahs sound too harsh to my ears with Tele when pressed all the way down.
