I have had good results with this.
I depends on the humbucker . I had a seymour duncan stag mag ,it was made just for this operation, and worked good
I liked it in single coil rather than humbucker,but was good both ways.
this pup may be a custom shop type of thing, i don`t know?
I had a dimarzio dual sound for the other pup
split both ,use a phase reversal switch , the gibson L6-s I had them in sounded very much like a strat.
