Probably not GT, it has a really flat radius and big frets. I liked the rosewood neck on the one I had much more than I like the maple on my SX Strat. It was fast and smooth for me. I also think the tremolo system needs some beefing up. Using 10's the strings would move around on saddles. I have read that this isn't really a big problem with 11's. Hope this helps.
