I just watched the video. What a load of crap. That thing wasn't blocking anybody's view of anything. It's halfway up in a dense stand of trees. The neighbor couldn't see through them before it was there, and won't be able to after it's gone. She also declined to talk to the news folks. I've seen this do-gooder goody two shoes crap before. She had no legit complaint, she just wanted to cause trouble becuase somebody was having fun. Looks like somebody needs a glass of lemonade, and an afternoon in a tree house.
