That's why I wouldn't ever live in a town. The thought of a neighborhood council, city, or subdivision owner telling me what or what I can't put on my property would irritate me to no ends. Especially since this is a supposedly free country. If I want cars on blocks, a massive tree house for my kid, or a goat on a clothes line, I better be able to have it in my own yard.
