I will add that the Nocaster can get a mean narly thing workin with overdrive applied to it. It cleans up nicely when you back off. The APTII cleans up as you apply overdrive to it and gets chimey, but not as dirty.

I agree with TG completely on everything else. I too found the APTII and the OV the best of the bunch. I owned a Nocaster for 3 years, before I moved on, if that says anything. But I found better balance for "me" in the other two (APTII and OV).
