Just be nice. Take the high road. You have no idea why they're driving slow. It could be a valid reason. It could be a grandma... hey, it's your grandma. You don't mind if your grandma takes her time and you'd be really mad at some 27 year old kid blowing his horn at her frightening her for no reason.
