Yeah. I didn't really mind my technique, but I did want some chords (arpeggiated so you can hear the string-to-string articulation of the amp+speaker), some dynamic picking (soft and hard) to show the breakup characteristics, and some single line lead type stuff.
I rarely distance mic since I do stuff in mixes, but I tried ot run the gammut to show the amp's overall character.
Listening to the clips now make me a little embarassed about my playing on those - my Chuck has never been played so poorly
