My local home stores ....... Lowes and Home Depot have never caried Krylon. Walmart alway has a varied seletion of Krylon colors. Ace hardware also carries Krylon.
I painted a guitar with Rust-O-Leum once. I gave it extra drying time before clear-coating with Deft. It worked out fine.
