At this stage of your playing you probably have a good instrument. For what you want a Tele Custom with a neck humbucker or Tele Custom with two humbuckers would be good.

There are versions made in Mexico and Japan which are all good in their own way, as well as other brand takes on them. Fender markets a line of Squires made in Korea like the Custom P90 my bandmate plays and it gets some good variable tones, even if not quite traditional Tele.

Really though, the only one who can choose for you, is you. Play as many as you can through as many amps as you can. Even Teles which look the same can sound quite different.
