Well, being in waterproofing I can tell you EVERYthing is a sponge, just to what degree is the question

Either the back has shortened from shrinkage, or the front lengthened from expansion OR BOTH!

Did you have it sitting face down somewhere by chance [like on something that holds moisture more than you considered]

I find myself wondering if your top sponge did not absorb moisture into the routes. Did you seal the routes ??

Sit it on the concrete back side down, and when the cup reverses seal the routes!!! maybe she will stay.

Or sit it out in the sun OSB side up and see if the cup flattens. Then seal every possible face on the front!!!
