That's very beautiful.

What is the story on the headstock art? Is it something that you drew or designed? Is there a story behind it?

I play mainly Martins. I have several martins and one each Larrivee and Taylor.

There is an amazing store in Madison WI called Madison Music. I was at Madison Music shopping Martins and the shop keeper asked me if I would like to go in the high end room and play a few Collins and Huss and Dalton guitars. This is the sort of shop where Martin and Taylor are not even considered high end. I told him that they were way out of my budget and the gentleman insisted.

He handed me a few Collins and Huss and Daltons and my hands were shaking. They are so beautiful to hold and play. It's the only time that I played a Collins or Huss and Dalton.

That's a very special guitar that you have there.

Congratulations.

What's the story behind the headstock shell art??

John
