I haven' tried the 7K Fatbody... but the 10K Fatbody still has a good amount of chime and shimmer to my ears. It does not sound overwound, and is a very good match for the Fatbody neck, both volume- and tone-wise. It's not as snappy and aggressive as a trad wound bridge, but it can get into P90 territory with the tone rolled down and decent OD pedal.
