I thought he was doing pretty well for a non-steel player. Have YOU ever tried to play pedal steel? I can do OK on non-pedal steel, but pedals??? FORGET IT! I can't even make it sound like music in the least!
So I'm a-tippin' my Stetson to ol' Ron there! I think he did quite admirably!
Mick sang good, and Charlie? Well, Charlie is the ONE TRUE musician left in that band since Bill Wyman left.
Good job boys! I hope we hear some more of that stuff from them soon. I always did like it when they leaned towards country!
