I am curious as to this comment. What didn't you like about the Strat? If I remember correctly, your Deluxe has body contours & a neck like a Strat. Personally, I think you got a bad Strat copy and you're better off with a Tele anyway.  |

Nah, it was actually a good guitar. I just couldn't get comfortable with the body. I've played other strats since then and couldn't get used to them either. The Deluxe feels a bit more substantial to me. The only extra contour it has is the belly cut on the rear.
