Steve, I had a similar experience with Paul about a year ago. He sent me a calender and some TDPRI guitar picks. It was a gesture of goodwill for something I had done to promote the TDP.

Great place and great people. Every once in awhile there is a communication break down. But for the most part I think that is minimal and easily forgotten with a little time. Like any family we have our moments.

I had a moment a week or so ago with a member. Personally never had a face to face with him before. I find in most cases a simple and polite PM can take a lot of tension away from a disagreement. That doesn't always work but it's worth a try when you are a member of such a great international community like the TDPRI.
