I'm pretty happy with the Weber 12F125 I just put in my Mission - Ceramic and similar to what Johnnycrash describes - although not sure how brutal the top end is - haven't really gone there with it yet - ain't my thang. I don't think it quite enters the bright realm you are going for but it is bright, full and has a nice tight bass. It's actually almost too clear for what I was going for. I didn't realize how much the original speaker was breaking up until I put this one in and got WAY more clarity all the way up to 12. The speaker just holds up. You might like it and it won't cost as much as some of the others mentioned here.
