I sat in with a band saturday night and the singer's producer was in attendance. (She's in the middle of recording an album)
He came over and said, "wow, a real rhythm player! I enjoyed your playing."
Becoming a better rhythm player has been a big part of my focus over the past few years and it was so nice to be recognized for it!
