Check out Jeannie's or Pickguardian.

The main reason the Warmoth pickguard doesn't fit is because the T-style body Warmoth does is quite different that the Fender design. Even though Warmoth does a great Tele neck with a very credible licensed headstock (the heel will need reshaping), the T style body is IMO not actually a Tele body.
