I've been through a bunch of chorus pedals but the ones that really stuck with me were the Arion SCH-1 and SCZ-1.
Prices on the SCH-1 are going up but I found one of the SCZ-1 shorus pedal recently for $39. NOS.
These pedals also get the closest to a Leslie sound than any other chorus pedal I've tried.
